so i suppose you could look at this in a number of ways.
i’m going with the “oh, interesting” approach. kaws has teamed up with kiehl’s to create a design for their creme de corps with all profits going to les orpphelins du sida. (yeah, i had to google that too. i can’t read the french.)
and, if you live in europe, you can get the special cap. or maybe you can get that anywhere. actually maybe all of it is only avail in europe. honestly it’s hard to keep up with this stuff. taxing.
anyway, this stuff goes for about $26-70 a bottle. so there you go. kaws. doing weird shit all the time. usually fun. in this case, mostly whatever.
Crème de Corps + Bouchon Kiehl’s x Kaws
Do you have any idea what brings Kaws and Kiehl’s products together? For starters the NYC artist is a big fan of the famous cosmetics brand which he has been using for 10 years; and the two have united for the same cause: worldwide children protection. Together they have worked on a limited edition of Kiehl’s well known “Crème de Corps” redesigned by the artist, with bottle caps version exclusively available at colette for Europe by the end of the month.
100% of the profits will be given to “Les Orphelins du Sida”… A cream that definitely is a problem healer!
